Simon is most usable.However I can see the wah Hector would appeal to you phonetically.Rudy is a very cute nickname. Rudolph is a good name, Rudolph Valentino/Valentine, wasn't that an actor?

Yeah, Rudolph Valentino. Apparently he was extremely good-looking, although all the pictures of him on google image search are fuzzy and I've never seen him in a movie.There's also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crown_Prince_Rudolf this man, whom I love, and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_I, whom I've always imagined as the first Habsburg emperor. I may be wrong though. And then there's the hrod- root, so central in our family naming tradition, and the -wulf/-dolf ending, which would delight my mother so much, because she feels some kind of spiritual connection to wolves.
