I like the name, though I think most people will say MI-LA and have to be corrected. It looks sort of like Milo.

I think Mila is cute but prefer it as a short form of something else like Milena. That's the formal name of Mila Kunis ("That 70's Show").

Mila may get mispronounced from time to time but that can easily be remedied.

I used to know a little girl named Mila, and when I first saw it written down on paper I immediately said MY-la, so she might get called MY-la every once in awhile. However I think she'd get called ME-la just as often, but regardless of that I do like this name.

I love it! I don't think it would be mispronounced all that often. I always read it as Me-la.
