Another Celeb Henry
Jack White of the White Stripes named his newborn son Henry Lee. The baby joins an older sister, Scarlett Teresa.I am deeply saddened. They have good taste and all, but Henry is getting just too popular.

I wouldn't use Henry myself, but I still like it quite a bit; too bad it's becoming so popular. I think Henry and Teresa would make a better sibset than Henry and Scarlett.

*sigh* I know what you mean. :(

I think that although it is indeed getting popular, Henry will always be a classic. It won't turn uber-trendy any time soon, I don't think, or at least not like the -ayden/-aiden/-aiden/-aden theme. At any rate, it's better than them naming their kid Snowball or something. Henry and Scarlett go really well together as a sibset, IMO.

I don't think Henry is getting too popular at all. It's always been quite a common name, and it's better than naming their child after a constellation or a fruit.

Um . . .I happen to like the name Orion because of the constellation. It has meaning to me. I'm not sure how that has less merit than using Henry.

RandomnessOrion is my boyfriend's second middle name. I was so excited when I found that out, as I also really like the name. :D

What a good sibset!I like seeing Henry used now, because I still love it. I'd kind of like to see a lot of my favorite names get popular actually, because I feel obligated to use the unpopular ones. Other people have taken the responsibility for producing well-named Henry's and John's now, so I don't have to, and can move onto Hector and Anatole. KWIM?

I agree. I do love Scarlett though.

I have to say I love Henry and I love that people are using it. I guess if it got to the popularity of Michael, I'd agree with you (though I still understand your sadness). But for now, I say "thank goodness!"

It is sad. I love Henry too :(I guess at least all the little Henry's don't have to go through life being Kaden/Brayden/Grayden/Waden/Trayden or Dweezil :pMy cousin is having a tanty about Henry becoming so popular at the moment too. That and Charlotte. She has Arabella, Henry, Charlotte and Rose and when they were born none of the names were popular and were considered very old fashioned.
