Helena.
WDYTO Helena. It's really growing on me lately. Which is your favorite, Helena, Helene, or Helen? And do you like Helena pro. Hel-LAY-nuh, hel-EHN-uh, or hel-EE-nuh? I think my favorite is hel-LAY-nuh. Also any combo suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I love Helen and Helena, and I say Helena as HEL-eh-nah.

I'd use Helen. I love Helena pronounced he-LAY-na, but I hate the pronunciation HELL-in-a.

Helena (heh-lay-nuh) is nice, but I prefer/love Helene (heh-layn).

Helena is lovely. But I only like it pronounced, "helen + a," like Helena Bonham Carter or Helena, Montana.Out of all of the choices, I have to say I like Helen the best. Refreshingly simple. (Love the nn Nell.)

I like Helena. I've always heard it pronounced Hel-ehn-ah. I like Helene, if pronounced the French way, Eh-Lin.

It actually used to be a fave of mine. I think I started out liking hel-AY-nuh, and then switched over to HEL-ehn-uh. Either suits me fine, now. Helena falls into my "pretty yet sensible" category. I also like Helen as a mn. Combos...Helena Beatrice

I really like Helena (heh-LAY-na). Helene is ok. Helen does nothing for me. I used to know a girl named Helena (same pronunciation). What was funny was the rest of the family was named John, Judith, Julia, John IV and Joseph! ;-)Helena Charlotte
Helena Rosalind

Personally, I love Helena, pro HeLeenuh since that is probably everyone's tendency. That way she won't have her name botched up in classrooms, etc. and have to constantly correct everyone. It's just beautiful...very flowing compared to Helene or Helen. Just my opinion...

I love the names Helena and Helene, but it depends on what name it is paired with it. The pronunciation depends on the name it is paired with as well.
