My cousins name is Annabelle Catherine, she'll be 7 in October. I really, really like Annabel/le, and I think the combo is very nice. As for the other combos, I don't think they really flow that well, but Annabel Olivia is my 2nd favourite.
If you search the names you can click on Popularity, and see. Annabel was 848 in the US for 2006, while Annabelle was 206. I wouldn't call either ranking too popular- and popularity shouldn't stop you using a name you love anyway.
