Caroline or Charlotte?
Sister would be Clare.

Charlotte.

I prefer Caroline but agree that Clare and Charlotte have a nicer flow. Clare and Caroline have repeated 'air' sounds (not that that's horrible or anything).
Is Clare already named? The reason I'm asking is because the French Claire does look a bit nicer with the equally French Caroline and Charlotte, imo.

Caroline.
Charlotte
Charlotte..more classy. For sure.
I have to go with Caroline, since it's my daughter's name. I do like Charlotte though. But I'm not a fan of Clare, sorry!
nt.
Charlotte.
One of my favourite ever names, and I love nn Lottie :)
Caroline is nice, but a bit dated round here, and much as I love the sound of Carrie, the film puts me off : / Also, as others have mentioned, the "C" sound is too similar between the two.
Love Clare and Charlotte as sisters, not that I'm at all biased...

Charlotte. Caroline and Clare sound too much alike.
Charlotte
In this case, Charlotte. The first syllable of Caroline rhymes with Clare, and I'd get the two of them confused.
Besides, I like the idea of Lottie / Tatty / Charty and Clarey. :)

I love Lottie! That would be the nn I would use for Charlotte.
I prefer the name Caroline over Charlotte, and Carrie would make a sweet nickname to go with Clare.
I personally prefer the name Caroline, but I think Charlotte goes better with the name Clare.
I prefer Charlotte. :)
