Bianca
Blanca is just a color. It's so literal. It's a word. Blanche has a very harsh sound and it is a verb.Bianca has the most pleasant sound and none of the shortcomings of the other names.

Bianca means white in ItalianBianca means "white" in Italian (and so does Blanche in French), so according to your criteria it's also "literal" and a word. These names might be words or colours and have evident meanings but they'well-established, classical names (like some flowers , gems or virtues), so they don't fall in the same category as new made-up word names like Tuesday or Pilot.

er..they all relate to the same name, so yeah basically they are all literal. But then again so are a lot of names, for example Soleil and Violet.
