HelpWDYTO Bethzy?
I was looking through the top 1000 list for the USA on the SOcial Security website and I saw this name, Bethzy. I want to believe that there is a typo in the list, but I doubt it.

CKE had a post on this name a couple of weeks ago. He said that Bethzy is actually pronounced like Betsey. In Spanish, H's are silent and Z's are pronounced like S's, so that is probably the case. Bethzy was the name of the winner of Mexico's version of "Dancing with the Stars", so the name is mostly popular with Latino families.

I don't think it's any typo
I think it is a badly embellished form of Betsy. I'm only guessing, but it looks like it might be a Hispanic-style name. I see th used for the t sound in a lot of Hispanic names now, like Janeth and Arleth and Lizeth.
Betsy is very cute, but Bethzy, whatever its ethnicity, is just ugly.
