Nell?
Well, actually this started with Isabelle (I said no), Hubby said Belle (I said no) he said Nell and my ears perked up.
What is the general opinion here of Nell? We like Eleanor, but don't love it, and don't intend to use it. But we are really digging Nell.
Any combo ideas?
We've come up with Nell Antonia.

Welcome back!
Good to see you.

I think Nell Antoinette is beautiful, but I agree it may need a full name. Eleanor (and variations) is my favorite of all the names, but Nell could work for Penelope (as mentioned), Cornelia, Ellen, Janelle--shoot, even Manuela.
I think Penelope Antoinette is very sweet, though.

Cute, but I don't like Antonia. A different mn would seal the deal for me. But Nell is really cute. :]
I think Nell Antoinette flows better. I love Nell as a nn but I have to say I can't see it as a full name (doesn't pass the Dr. Nell *last name*, the Honourable Nell *last name* presiding etc to me). I like it as a nn for Lenore, Penelope, Annelie, Anneliese/Annelise, Hanelle, Hannelore, Ninel, Ellen or Helena (although Eleanor is my favourite)
I like Nell, and I think it would be adorable for Penelope. I adore Antonia as a name, too. Penelope Antonia isn't bad. Nell Antionette flows better than Nell Antonia, but I don't like Antionette that much.
I like the Lenore and Helena / Helen suggestions, too. Helen Antonia would get my vote in a minute!

Ditto
Antoinette and Nell still have different feelings to me but I think it sounds better and the -ette ending is sweeter than the -ia, somehow.

Hmm...that's interesting. I thought the two hard endings back to back would be a bit much.
