Elena Charlotte (sounds very classy and flows beautifully)
Aviva Simone (this is my favourite of your combos. I'm loving Aviva right now and I think its very pretty with Simone)
Sophia Camille (I love both names and think it flows really well)

Some lovely combos :-) I love Miranda Noelle "Mira", I have such a soft spot for Noelle. Also really like Charlotte Eve, Eleanor Charlotte, Elisheva Pearl, Adriana, Elena, Aviva and Lila.
