Xanthe Lyric Jemima (as always ;)
Alcyone Ceridwen Maeve "Alcie May"
Saraya* Calanthe Faith
Anneliese Lucy Sonnet
Elodie Frances Delphine (Ay-lo-dee)
Honour Emmeline Ruth "Norah"
Imogen Mary Isolde "Immy"
Carys Eloise Renee
Caoimhe Nephele Rose
Lucie Anastasia Seren* I have to add a note to go with Saraya, as some of you know its my name. IRL I go by my first name though, and I've been considering using my middle name (Saraya) not to honour myself, because I don't believe in naming kids after myself, but to honour my mum, who loves it and wishes it was my name, and I know how happy it'd make her to have a Granddaughter Saraya, and also because I love it and wish it had been my first name. Jury's still out on this one though.

Xanthe Lyric Jemima - Still lovely, no matter how many times you post it.
Alcyone Ceridwen Maeve - And this, too.
Saraya Calanthe Faith - How do you pronounce Saraya? I'm hearing sa-RYE-a, but that could well be my accent. Love Calanthe too!
Anneliese Lucy Sonnet - Anneliese Lucy is a brilliant pairing. Sonnet, not so much.
Elodie Frances Delphine - Very lovely and very French.
Honour Emmeline Ruth - Emmeline is a bit too old-lady for me, but Honour and Ruth are both lovely.
Imogen Mary Isolde - Another no-change; still great.
Carys Eloise Renee - Lovely names; Carys Renee Eloise sounds better to me but that's a quibble.
Caoimhe Nephele Rose - I like how Rose balances out the unusual first two. Nephele Caoimhe might also work very well.
Lucie Anastasia Seren - I love Seren. Lucie is okay but I wouldn't use it as a fn.Both my sisters are here - Isolde and Anastasia. Weird.

Saraya = Sah-ray-ah :) It's a version of Sarah, no idea where my mum got it from in the first place. Emmeline Ruth is after my grandma, Ruth Emma. Plus I love the meaning of the two together- universal friend.Your sisters have gorgeous names! I especially love Isolde. Your parents have great taste. Whats your name, if I can ask?Once again, thanks for the lovely comments.
vote up1
Okay. I can cope with Emmeline if it's honouring a relative.Glad you like my sisters' names. I'm Myfanwy, by the way. :)

They've moved around a lot recently, so these are all new and shiny. :)Alcyone Philippa Scarlett
Alecto Felicity Ruth - GP because of the namesake
Aurelia Elinor Llinos
Calanthe Antonia Rose
Flaminia Bronwen Elaine
Lucasta Cecilia Claire
Morwenna Elisabeth Jane
Nimue Hilary Frances
Rhonwen Alanna Marie
Tamar Rhiannon Jeanette Philippa, Ruth, Bronwen, Elaine, and Hilary are family names.
vote up1
Great names, as usual :)
Alcyone Philippa Scarlett- You know how much I love Alcyone ;) Combo is nice.
Alecto Felicity Ruth - Love Felicity and would totally consider using it if it wasn't my cousins name. And Ruth is my grandma. Alecto isn't a favourite, but the combo is fab.
Aurelia Elinor Llinos- Love Aurelia, gorgeous name. I like Eleanor (this spelling only, Elinor doesn't look right to me..hmm)
Calanthe Antonia Rose- My second favourite after Alcyone. I've really been liking Calanthe atm, it has such a lovely meaning. I like Antonia too, but it's been ruined by association. Gorgeous combo.
Flaminia Bronwen Elaine- names are nms, sorry.
Lucasta Cecilia Claire- maybe a bit C heavy? Lucasta Cecilia is nice, I 'd replace the Claire with something not C personally.
Morwenna Elisabeth Jane- I like Elisabeth. Great flow.
Nimue Hilary Frances- Love Frances

Ooh, I like your style! My favorites here are: Susanna Beatrix (Nice) Rosemary Niamh (Niamh makes a good unusual nickname) Athena (love, love, love) Aurelia (Ditto) Felicia Rosemary (Very sweet) Lucy Magnolia (I might have to swipe this one) Phaedra Cybele (Phaedra's really appealing to me right now, but like
Myrhha, Jocasta, and Medea, which I also love, it does carry that unfortunate squicky Greek tragedy connotation. Which is very sad.) Ophelia Carys (A very unusual pairing: two names that fit very well once they've managed to find eachother, if you know what I mean.) Lucasta Maeve (My favorite of the list, so it's good you cheated and added this on) My top ten or so combos at the moment: Averill Claire
Leila Charlotte
Autumn Victoria
Eden Christiana, "Edie"
Evelyn Sophim "Evey"
Deborah Lucienne
Teresa Laure
Rosalyn Maureen, "Rosa"
Lucia Reine
Estella Margaret, "Stella"

And that should read......Evelyn Sophia, not Sophim. I'm making a lot of errors this morning...

Emmeline Peace (this would be my name if I ever change it, I think)
Zahra Soleil
Evadne Clare Socorro
Naomi Cadence Linnea
Summer Lucia Seraphina
Tatiana Summer / Summer Tatiana
Kerenza Monet (had to combine these two as I absolutely *love* Claude Monet and because Kerenza means "love")
Sarai Ophelia
Indira Clementine (and I love nn Indy)

I love all of those. (Even Carolina if you're not pronouncing it like the state.) Favourites would be Marina, Eva, and Thalia. Valentina's not bad either and has an excellent namesake in Valentina Tereshkova.

Great list! :)I like:
Carolina
Ariadna (I prefer Ariadne, though, with nn Aria)
Sunniva (Loving this right now, its on my top ten, too)
Eva (I personally prefer Eve and I think Eva makes a very good nn for Sunniva, too)
Thalia
Marina and Valentina (I actually knew an Italian girl named Marina Valentina and even her surname was great, too. I loved the sort of rhymey-ness about her name)
vote up1
Thanks! I agree, Eva does make a nice nn for Sunniva :)

Again more than 10 +editJust as with the boys, I'm not feeling very compliant, and have far too many dearly-loved favorites to list only ten. Summer and Mercy alternate day-to-day as my #1 fave fn, and Nightingale and Butterfly go back and forth as my #1 fave mn.

Summer Butterfly
Summer Siena
Mercy Nightingale
Mercy Evangeline

Jocelyn Alexandra
Saoirse Hope
Olivia Naomi
Allegra Jean
Megumi Azure
Bridget Clare
Anchoret Beatrix (Angharad)
edot: That's only 9... 10 if you include Matilda Kellie twice because I wrote it twice. :D My rationalisation anyway. Then again, I'll just write out Matilda Kellie 10 times!

Freyja Millicent

Flora VerityYours:
Susanna Beatrix - I'd prefer Beatrice (Beatrix reminds me of breakfast cereal) but it's a nice combo.
Rosemary Niamh - love
Amelia Juliet - love
Athena Bluebell - I was just thinking of Bluebell as a name the other day (a combo of Geri Halliwell being in the news and the sheer amount of bluebells on campus). I really like but I think it would be hard to carry off on an adult. I'm going to use it on a cat though.
Aurelia Juniper - Juniper is actually growing on me for a boy for some reason. Love Aurelia.
Felicia Rosemary / Felicia June - I'd like Felicia but only pronounced feh-LISS-ee-ah, I hate the 'isha' (and 'arsha') sound in a name, it sounds sloppy.
Lucy Magnolia - cute
Belphoebe Moonlight (when I'm in a romantic mood..) - nice
Phaedra Moonlight / Phaedra Cybele - ditto.
Ophelia Carys - I like it.

I'm going to do it without two middle names, like I usually do. 30 names is just too much for now. :P Most of these are subject to change in the next 15 minutesColette Antonia Marie (okay, this one stays as is)
Maxine Ramona
Zelda Music
Wilhelmina Twilight
Karen Agatha
Clementine Lark
Anna Jezebel
Misty Monday (This is totally GP. I just like the way it sounds. Way too phrase-y to actually use, though.)
Naomi Asha
Adelaide Jane

Maxine Ramona is lovely! I also really love Naomi Asha (my BF would approve of this one, too :-) ), Adelaide Jane, Clementine Lark, Antonia Marie and Zelda. Misty Monday does have a great sound to it :-)

Elora Kathleen is lovely, as is Harper Julia (I'm also a big fan of Harper on a girl, but I don't think there are many others like us!). Alina Faye has such a pretty sound, and I also really like Matilda, Victoria, Hallie Sylvia, Molly, Annemarie Hope (this is a very pretty combo), Bryony Lillian and Ivy.

Mira / Miranda "Mira" Noelle (I think I prefer Mira on its own, I don't know why
Elena Charlotte (sounds very classy and flows beautifully)

Sophia Camille (I love both names and think it flows really well)

Comments on your names:Susanna Beatrix - lovely, I far prefer Beatrix to Beatrice and I'm glad someone else does too!
Rosemary Niamh - both very pretty names, but I'm not sure they do each other justice. How about Rosemary Juliet, Rosemary June, Rosemary Alice, Rosemary Eve, Rosemary Caroline?
Amelia Juliet - beautiful, love both names and they sound lovely together.
Athena Bluebell - cute, I think both names are a little 'heavy' to carry each other though. I would rather see something like Athena Rosemary and Aurelia Bluebell, or something like that.
Aurelia Juniper - I love both names, but they don't flow that well together. Aurelia June would be gorgeous :-)
Felicia Rosemary / Felicia June - I don't really like Felicia, probably a throw back to the fact that I really hate Felicity. But I actually have a cousin named Felicia Violet, which I think is quite a nice combo. Both of the combos you've listed flow, and I like both middle names, so either is good with me :-)
Lucy Magnolia - beautiful. Absolutely stunning. I love both names, and it's kind of hard to fit Magnolia in a combo without making it look out of place, you know? But I think you've done it!
