Oc-Tay-vee-a
oc-TAYV-ee-uh
I say ock-TAY-vee-uh
ok-TAY-vee-a. That's how I've always said it and it's how it's said on "ROME."
Usually Octavia = ok-TAY-vee-uh when I'm thinking in English, when I'm thinking in Dutch it's ok-TAH-vee-ah, but I don't really like it that way...
Neither....
I pronounce it oc-TAY-vee-uh. Not that that's a huge difference, really - it's just that when I say it the "v" sound is part of the third syllable and not the second.
