Re: Leda or Leto?
in reply to a message by Bear
I love both. I honestly can't decide between the two. They're both very pretty and sophistocated, and I love mythology names in general.Leda is wonderfully delicate, elegant, and balances; it would sound spectacular with a long, classic MN.I like the simplicity of Leto. It's simple, and I love the fact that there's absolutely nothing frilly about it. It's also very cute, but not sickenly sweet so it would age very well.

Leda Hermione is gorgeous! Oh, no . . . was Hermione Leda's granddaughter in myth? Oh, please. Someone tell me I'm wrong because I love this combination. Leda Ariadne is great too. How about Leda Evadne? Leda Hedwig interests me strangely. Leto Diana, Leto Calista, Leto Olympia really grab me as well. Great lists.

Yes, Hermione was the granddaughter of Leda - Hermione was the name of the daughter of Helen Troy, who was the daughter of Leda.

Yes. I agree with both of your descriptions. I couldn't have put it better myself. Thanks.
