First off, great name!
It's usually stressed on the middle syllable, liew-ELL-in.
In an ideal world it should be closer to hlew-EH-hlin, with the ELL sound veering towards ETHL. But the Welsh "LL" is a stupidly difficult consonant to pronounce unless you've been raised with it; I've never heard non-Welsh-speakers bother.
I hope that's helpful. :)

loo-WELL-in.
loo-EL-en usually, although I'd make at attempt at saying the ll properly if the person I'm speaking to speaks Welsh and won't laugh at me for getting it wrong.
LEW-ELL-EN
My grandmother's maiden name was Llewellyn she pronounced it LEW-ELL-EN

I pronounce it LOO-well-in, if that helps :/
Other... I've always said LEH-well-in. I've also heard loo-WELL-an. I'm not sure how correct these are, this is just how I've heard them.
