I think it's absolutely beautiful. I know a Willa, and she's one of the most amazing people I've ever met...and besides her, there's Willa Cather to be reckoned with. For two syllables, I think it packs a powerful punch--very intelligent, with a natural, meadowy feeling for me. Like someone who would be comfortable in the wilderness--like someone who looks like a bird, in only the best of ways, naturally. :)
It's a perfect little name, and it boggles my mind sometimes that it doesn't get as much face time as Willow, because it's equally graceful without ever trying.
