I think Willa is a great name, soft, wispy and oozes charms and amiability. It's old enough that it's an established name, but fresh enough in that it doesn't sound stale and in need of a good dusting. I don't foresee it becoming popular as the likes of Emma and Sarah, two names kind of in the same category as Willa.
