Sahara
What are your opinions on Sahara? Sahar means dawn, do you think Sahara could be a variant from that?

I think it's pretty, but much too desert-ish. I would never use it, but I do like it. Sahar is also lovely.

This is one of my all time favorite names! It sounds exotic yet pretty, unusual yet not unheard of. I would definatly suggest using this name!

I have seen Sahara used as a girl's name in the USA several times.According to my sources, Sahara was originally from an Arabic word meaning "fawn-colored".

Sahara Nightingale is very pretty, but kind of ironic, if you know what I mean. LOL.All the rest are gorgeous... I am especially fond of Sahara Lilith and Sahara Willow. I like Leila and Sahara a lot as sisters, but I don't like the spelling of Leilah. The h seem uncessecary to me.-Lulu

According to wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sahara) Sahara means 'great desert'. It makes me think of the desert Sahara too much, so I don't like the name.

I think it's too close to Zahara and too reminiscent of Brangelina and their brood. Zara, Sara or Zaria would be a nice compromise.
