HelpRe: Branwen vs. Bronwen

To me they're very distinct - Branwen has a short 'a' sound and Bronwen has a short 'o' sound. I can see that in an American accent they might be similar though.
I much prefer Bronwen to Branwen, simply because I dislike the word 'bran' in Branwen.
