Treasure
At first I really didn't like this name but now I am really liking it and when I think about it, I would probably give it to my child, for she would be my precious treasure. Her nickname would be Tess. I am trying to think up some middles names. So far I have:
Treasure Isabella (my favorite so far)
Tresaure Alexandria
Treasure Amanda
Any suggestions on middle names?
Thanks, Elle.

It's tacky. I dislike it intensely, but to each their own.

I like a lot of word names, but Treasure is one of the over-emotional ones, in my opinion. Like Miracle or Precious, it'll be fitting from the besotted new parents' point of view, but not from anybody else's.
A future employer or colleague would feel ridiculous addressing her as Treasure imo. Of course your daughter will be your treasure, but the name just won't work in everyday scenarios, and she'll still be your treasure if you give her a more usable name.

Treasure, Treasure, Treasure!
My baby's name is Treasure. Treasure Esteem.
Of your choices I like Isabella and Alexandrea.
Don't let people discourage you from using names you like. There's a great chance you'll never meet the people on these boards. Most of them aren't big fans of word names. Also, don't take anything to heart on here. They are all only opinions. The same people that say "DON'T NAME YOUR BABY ______" are the same people that turn around and say "If you like the name that much, go ahead and name your child that."
I named my daughter Treasure because (I’m Christian) and Matthew 6:21 in the Bible says “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Also because a child is supposed to be their parent’s “riches”.
Here's a link to a post I made about it recently, if you're interested.

At first, I didn't like it, but now it's OK. I wouldn't name my child that, but it could be ont of my guilty pleasures.
Seda has a daughter named Treasure, right?

Treasure is not a name to me in the least. It's a word, not to mention an ultra tacky name. She can be your precious treasure, but plaguing her with that name is precious, and her name does not need to advertise your feelings - sorry to be blunt. Think of the future: can you see a 45-year-old woman named Treasure? If you simply *must* use the name, then use it as the middle name. Also, I don't see Tess coming from Treasure, and I also think that nicknames should not be planned by the parent(s), but should be left up to the child.
From your middle names, I like Isabella and Amanda, and I'm sorry, but because I dislike Treasure so, I cannot choose a combo.

Actually, I could see a 45 year old named Treasure....even an 80 year old. I like different and unique names, and I have come to love this one. I use to not like it, but oddly, I've changed my mind :D Thanks, for the feedback!
I'm a Lostaway too..yay for you!..

I've also seen Treasure as a name for babies on Maury Povich paternity shows a lot. Maury, fyi, is a trashy American talk show.
