I find them both trendy but Mason is the better choice imo. Wyatt just doesn't sound like a name to me, and it makes me think of something saying "riot" with a lisp ... I agree with you. In fact, I keep telling my wife the same thing. I have trouble pronouncing Wyatt myself. I can say it, but all I really here is the "Y". It's almost like I'm saying "Quiet"... or "Riot".
