Well, on my computer, all you have to do is hold down the alt/option key while you type the letter that needs an accent. For example, holding down option+e = é. If your keyboard is different from mine, it has something to do with typing in alt+ different numbers for different accents... or something. I'd say just use the symbol/character map in Word. :)Shannon
