Renee is feminine--names ending in "ee" in French are feminine. Rene is masculine. I really like both, on their respective genders.
I also really like Loic, Edgard, Etienne, Florian, Martin, Philippe, Vincent, Paschal, Quentin, and Raoul (among many others). None of the other names you've listed really grab me, though.
