Dulcinea is a great name, and I especially love it because it's from Fon Quixote. Dulcinea Rose sounds best to me : )

Rose Dulcinea and Maeve Lysandra are gorgeous together.
You already know I love Dulcinea. I prefer Rose Dulcinea to Dulcinea Rose. Somehow, putting Rose as a mn makes it more ordinary. "Rose Dulcinea" has panache. Besides, Dulcinea is a tricky name to put next to most lns. (I'm thinking about everyday usage here; when mns aren't usually used.) Rose is more maleable.
Rosie and Maeve are darling. Then again, Dulcie and Maeve would be sweet too. I don't see how you can go wrong here.

Rose Dulcinea is wonderful. I love Dulcinea. My husband won't go for it though. And Rose has become such a forgotten first name.
I don't care for Dulcinea. It looks odd to me (very messy), and made-up, and I do not find it all all pretty or feminine. I do like Rose, but I do not think they combos flow.

I adore the name Dulcinea, always have and always will- although it's too linked to the Man of La Mancha to actually use.
Dulcinea Rose is beautiful.
