Maeve = May-ve.
Maylae = I've never heard of this name, so I'm guessing May-lee-ah or May-lay-uh.Edit: Added comment.

Maeve - I have always been ignorant about how to pronounce this name so I always think of it as Morv (i.e. Mauve as in the colour)Maylea I would presume is pronounced may-lee ... or may-lee-ah ... or May-lay-ah if it's spelt Mayléa :)Alice
