Re: WDYTO Skylar?
I prefer the original Dutch spelling of Schuyler, but I still don't like it as a fn for either sex. Passing down family heritage by using a family surname is a beautiful tradition. However, the recent trend of using anyone else's surname has cheapened the practice. With so many examples of heritage theft now, the beauty is lost. I'd still use it if it is a family name for you, but in the mn position only. Additionally, Skylar strikes me as Tyler warmed over. Tired.
