Lee-naI pronounce it Lee-na, though I also think Lay-nah is pretty... Lee-na, however, I find to be very beautiful whereas Lay-nah is pretty but nothing special IMO.

LEH-nuh. There's a hermitage in a near village devoted to Sainte Lena, and that's the way it is pronunced here (Catalonia).
I know a few Lenas, the youngest I know is 12 or 13, and she's a very nice and kind girl.
