1. Do you think the name William will inevitabley be shortened?
Yes, almost certainly. I personally like the nns much better so I don't think that's a bad thing
2. Do you like the nick names Will or Liam?
I like them both. Liam seems a softer name to me whereas Will implies quite a strong, steady bloke. Depends what effect you're going for.
3. Do you think William is too formal?
Do you mean in general? Or calling the child William the whole time? My friend Will's mum still calls him William most of the time and that nakes it sound overly-formal to me, but as a name in general it's fine.
4. Apart from Will or Liam, can you think of any other nicknames.
Umm only Bill and Billy and Willy, and I don't like any of those!
5. Do you think William Christopher is a nice combo?
Yes :)
