I like the name Eugene for a boy, but I absolutely love the names Eugenia and Eugenie (yoo-ZHAY-nee) for a girl.

I love Felicia when it's pronounced feh-LISS-ee-uh. Eugene has too many dorky connotations - it'd bring awful teasing imo.
