I didn't like Reagan, I have no love for the Exorcist, the Shakespearean character was NOT a nice girl, and the name simply sounds just like every other surnamey thing on the market today.
It is fit for today--it'll sound modern and a little Regan shouldn't have problems with legions of Madisons mocking her name. However, that's not enough of a reason for me to give it, and I can't say that I'd ever give it the thumbs-up.
