I like it, and the meaning is cute (my princess), and it's less common than Sarah, but since Sarah was the new, better name of Sarai... yeah... :)

I knew a little girl named Saara once. Pronounced SAH-rah. She was Canadian...her mom just liked the name.

Well, Saara's the Finnish form of Sarah.

But on a non-Finnish girl... kre8ivlee ew, sorry.
