Hi! Is Anouk pronouned ah-NOOK (rhymes with book or look) or ah-NUKE (rhymes with... uhhh.... the boy's name Luke)? Such a pretty name. I've heard it said both ways.

Often in my accent look/book are pronounced the same as Luke.

I would pronounce it ah-NUKE (with the 'oo' sound, like spook.).

I pronounce it as ah-NOOK. It's not my style, as I think of "A nook."

Clarifying that the /nook/ sounds like "nuke", not the word "nook".
