I like the name but no one seems to agree how to pronounce it. I pronounce it lay-la but I've heard people call it lie-la, lee-la, lee-ie-la. For simplicity's sake I prefer the spelling Layla although I don't like the look of Layla.

I don't care for the name, because I think it looks awkward, and could, possibly, have many pronunciations, which would cause confusion and problems for the child. Looking at it, I would pronounce the name as Lee-luh, because a girl I know (19-years-old) pronounced it that way. I know a girl (also 19-years-old) who pronounces her name as Lay-luh, and she spells it as Layla, the spelling I would prefer for that pronunciation, but I still don't care for it. From your middle names, I like Sophia (that spelling only) and Annabelle (that spelling only). Nonetheless, I think Leila Frances flows the best.
