Beau on a girl
I love the name Beau for a boy, but does anyone else feel that it could work for a girl as well?

Well, Bo's a single standing male name in Denmark.
And only that.
So I hate it on females, nn or not, since I am used to this male name thing.

Umm... No! Beau's only a male name to me.
I personally would not like it.
For someone else's child, yes ... But I'm sure a native French speaker would find it bizarre, so I'd avoid it myself.
How do you pronounce it? I think it would go for a girl too
It did in the film signs so yes i could see it working, however i couldn't exactly see it on anybody passed the age of 18
definitly not - it's a maculine name and word -
I think its a cute nn for a little girl, but its really not my style for either gender.
Yes. In my country it's often used for both boys and girls. In fact, I know a girl named Beau and it suits her well.
No, not really....
No, absolutely not. But Belle works well for girls :-)
