Mia is very cute, but another poster raised a point earlier that I hadn't previously considered: Mia stands for "missing in action."
I like Eva and Ava. Another similar name is Iva--a name used in Eastern Europe (the Iva I know is Czech). I think a cool thing about the spelling Iva, as opposed to Eva, is that there is no confusion regarding eee-va/ay-va (if you are going for the eee-va pronunction).
I also like Zoe, and I prefer this spelling to some others I've seen.
Ian is probably the only formal 3-letter male name I like, although I like Sam, Ben, etc. as nicknames.

That was me that mentioned Missing in Action. Other bad connotations are, In Korean it means "Lost Child" and there are Pro-Anorexia & Bulimia sites that are called Pro-Ana & Pro-Mia.
