Rowan is a definitely a boy's name, imo. And I like it.
Ariana/Arianna and Ariel are ok, but don't seem like they'll stand the test of time. The former is much better than the latter, imo, though. Arwen, OTOH, is very pretty, and not trendy/overused. :)
