I absolutely love Rowan on a boy (it's my second favourite after Daniel), but I have to admit to liking it on a girl as well, as I know a very nice female Rowan.
Arianna is nice, but nms.
Aryanna looks misspelled, and no child should be given a name with the word 'Aryan' in it (If you don't know what "Aryan" means, look it up - try searching under "Nazi philosophies").
I like Ariel on a boy or a girl (I know both, and both were born before The Little Mermaid came out) and I really like Arielle (prn AH-ree-ell not AIR-ee-al).
Arwen is lovely, but as Lord of the Rings is currently so popular, naming a girl Arwen would be too cutesy and pop-culturish these days. Don't worry, by the time you're old enough to have kids it'll probably be no longer so kitschy.
