Rowan is nmsaa, but better on a boy.
Arianna is nice, Aryanna is misspellt to me.
Ariel is boy name. Arielle to me is strange. It's still a boy name (same sound than Ariel) but misspellt. The feminine form is Ariela.
I love Arwen.

I pronounce Ariel and Arielle differently
Ariel's AIR-ee-el and Arielle's air-ee-EL.
I believe most English-speakers would pronounce Arielle by accenting the last syllable. It wouldn't be confused with Ariel at all.
I do like Ariela too, btw. Ariella's OK, but I prefer the more uncluttered Ariela spelling. I pronounce Ariela / Ariella AIR-ee-EL-ah.
