Well, Rowan to me is a boys' name, but I don't mind it on girls either. I would use Rowena instead - I know it's not the feminine form, but is close enough in sound.
Arianna / Aryanna - OK, but not a fave. I definitely prefer it spelled Arianna
Ariel / Arielle - Ariel for a boy is lovely. Arielle is a pretty name, and for all the names mentioned, I'd choose this one.
Arwen - nice sound, but nowadays when the LoTR is in, I wouldn't use it. The connection is just too stong, and therefore I'd avoid it. I'm sure you wouldn't want to name your kid Han Solo either...
