or shterre, the last "e" being between "uh" and "pet"?

i don't speak dutch, but i speak german, which is very similliar. It is probably said like "stir" as in "I like STIR(ing) soup"

I'm Dutch and it's St-e(like in mckEnzie)-re (like in REnee), but you have to let the R rrrroll..
