I actually dislike
Nate- names except for
Nathaniel, and I like that one only because of Hawthorne, so I'm not a fan, I'm afraid. It's nice for someone else, though, and I like it as you've explained it. I think the flow of
Nathan August is somewhat stunted (two syllables after each other and all, eh). I prefer
Nathan Ross, but I see what you mean. How about
Nathan Augustus or
Nathan Augustin(e)?
