It must somehow be related to an adult in the family's name. It could be the parents, the aunts and uncles, or the grandparents. You must keep the same name. You can change the spelling or add a nickname, but it must be the same. Also, you can choose different combos, such as if the grandmother's name is Elizabeth and the brother's name is Morgan, a DD could be named Morgan Elizabeth, or Elyzabeth Morgan, nn Liz.
