Lie ruh and Lie ur sound completely different to me but I understand what you mean because the pronounciation Leer uh has Leer in it which is very unattractive to my ears :)

Yeah the name isn't very good in my opinion, and it sounds more like currency. Either way, the name sounds like money or a bad personality trait. :Xah, well.
