I think Roswitha is very sweet, and the nicknames you suggested are even "Sweeta". :)
I came up with a few combos that I like...They all have a prominent vowel sound that I think sounds nice with this name:
Roswitha Ena
Roswitha Eowyn
Roswitha Aina
Roswitha Elora
Roswitha Louise
Roswitha Enore
I also like single syllable names to go with Roswitha such as:
Roswitha Mae
Roswitha Jane
Roswitha June
Roswitha Ayn
Roswitha Bea
Roswitha Shay
Roswitha Elle
