[Opinions] Hypothetical twinset
I was thinking of an odd theme recently, based on my Winona Laurel combo. Winona is the name of a lake in Indiana, so I thought making a sibset with Indiana lake names might make a non-obvious theme. So, what do you think of these twinsets? (lake names are denoted with *)G/B:
Winona* Laurel (Nona) & Bruce* AtticusG/G:
Patoka* Verity (Patty) & Latonka* Merritt (Toni)B/B:
Monroe* Sullivan & Brookville* Joseph (Brook)
Maxinkuckee* Lisle (Max) & Wooster* Dashiell (Woody) This is just for fun; I doubt I'd ACTUALLY use most of these, but I thought I'd get opinions on the combos. Thanks for looking! :oDedited to correct grammatical error

What a cool idea! If I did that, it'd be Mendota Rae and Monona Jean (the two lakes on either side of the Isthmus of Madison). Mendi and Mona? :D There are plenty of other lakes, but I don't feel as much for them.G/B:
Winona* Laurel (Nona) & Bruce* Atticus -- I think both flow nicely, and Nona and Bruce sound pretty cute together.G/G:
Patoka* Verity (Patty) & Latonka* Merritt (Toni) -- I'm not digging Latonka, but Patoka's okay enough. Both combos flow well enough.B/B:
Monroe* Sullivan & Brookville* Joseph (Brook) -- They work, though they're not quite as interesting as the other ones.
Maxinkuckee* Lisle (Max) & Wooster* Dashiell (Woody) -- Maxinkuckee would make a great name for a character. Reminds me of an utterly unusable WI river name, the Kickapoo. :D I like Maxinkuckee Lisle, though I'd call him Mack. Wooster Dashiell sounds like another great character, and I like the nn Woody (because I'm a huge Woody Allen fan).Array

G/B:
Winona* Laurel (Nona) & Bruce* Atticus - Nona is cute! Love Laurel. Bruce I dislike, but that's thanks to a person. So I might be biased. But I don't think I would have liked the name anyways. Reminds me of "Brewsky"... Atticus I'm sick of hearing. @.@G/G:
Patoka* Verity (Patty) & Latonka* Merritt (Toni) - Cute nn, but the full names are a bit strange. Latonka reminds me of those... Tonka trucks?B/B:
Monroe* Sullivan & Brookville* Joseph (Brook) - I think of Monroe as a last name, or I think of Marilyn Monroe... Like Brook though, espeically for a boy! Cute!Maxinkuckee* Lisle (Max) & Wooster* Dashiell (Woody) - Maxinkuckee is just a little too strange. Max is a cute nn though. Wooster / Woody I don't care fore.
