[Facts] pronounciation Elysia / Elicia
I also came across these two names (from the latin) and I am not sure of the pronunciation; can anyone help.
Cheers!

I see you're posting from Great Britain
Elysia = eh-LEE-see-ah
Elicia = eh-LEE-see-ah or eh-LEE-shah
Haley = HAY-lee or HAH-lee
Hallie = HAH-lee
Hayley = HAY-lee
Now, do see how I managed to consolidate the answers to most of your postings into a single posting? People do that on message boards, so as not to waste space.
Do you think you could have done the same, with your four separate requests (all within minutes of each other)?
I think so.

Why is this post named 'I see you're posting from Great Britain'? What does that have to do with it?
Anyhow, I think that was a bit harsh, but I'm not arguing.
But on with the answers:
Elysia: Uh-LEE-see-yuh
Elicia: Uh-LEE-see-yuh or Uh-LEE-shuh
Haley : HAY-lee or HAH-ley or HEH-lee
Hallie : HAH-lee or HEH-lee
Hayley : HAY-lee

"Why is this post named 'I see you're posting from Great Britain'?"
****** Because I was rather surprised that you might not have known the pronunciations of those names you'd posted. I am posting from the United States, but I would have thought those names were known in Great Britain, as well.

typo
That should have read:
"Because I was rather surprised that SHE might not have known the pronunciations of those names SHE'D posted."

If you're looking for a date, I'm not in India where you are.
Plus, why should I e-mail you? Please RTFM.
