I like Frances but would probably not use it as I like Francis (boy only) more and it wouldn't be right to use both Frances and Francis.
Pippin - boy only and reminds me of a dog that's in a childrens' programme.
Patient - no, just no. Not when it's in such common use. It makes little sense (Patient is a patient, Patient, will you be patient? etc) and would be open to teasing.
Molly - love it.
