I really like Carina, and also Carmina. Carina Serenity sounds a bit off to me, though. Something about it is just too spun-sugar, fairy tale, pwetty-pwetty-pwincess to me.
Carina Ruth would be fabulous, but you don't like Ruth, IIRC? Carina Francine? Carina Mercy? Carina Mabel?
I like it with a more down-to-earth middle name, because I think it straddles the line nicely between down-to-earth and airy-fairy. Really nice. :)
