We're dropping players like flies, but I'm pushing on. This is the last round before those who haven't played the first three rounds will be eliminated.

The reason why many of you had such low points in the first round is for a variety of reasons: no pet and no description or small description being among them.
Remember that you will be scored out of ten points in each of the following categories.
1. Names
2. Imagination
3. Description
4. Following Rules
Round #3:
This round takes place three years after the second round. For various reasons, you and your family have decided to adopt a child(ren) from other countries. This time, they may already have nicknames which you will need to incorporate into their final names. (ie: "Annie" into Anastasia) and you will need to give them a middle name as well. Some of you will also have birth children.
For this reason, your relatives have decided to stay a little longer to help you take care of the children. It's a full house now.
Some of you may need to move into a larger house.
Describe life with the children and your relatives, any changes in jobs or your life.
You will most likely need to keep track of your childrens ages because it might come in handy later. Your adopted children may be older or younger than your current children.

My husband, Neil, and I have just bought a new house--and just in time for our new little additions! It's two stories in a small town in Minnesota, and there are several large trees in the back yard. I think it looks like the perfect place to grow up. To make it nice and homey, we bought a little canary, and he lives in a cage in our kitchen and sings. I wanted to call him Orpheus, but Neil wanted him to be William the Conqueror, and I had to admit that was a lot more original than my idea!
He is working at a car dealership and hopes to own his own sometime soon. I am a middle-school English teacher, which is brave of me, if I do say so myself. We're both having fun settling into this new life, especially with our beautiful new son, Benedict Magnus. In choosing his name, we decided to try to come up with something that would fit both our heritages. I'm Catholic, thus Benedict (after St. Benedict), and Neil and his sisters each have a Norwegian middle name, thus Magnus. Right now, we're calling him Benny for short.
We're excited, but a little scared. But I'm sure most new parents feel that way!

Well, a lot has happened!
Zac's sister Ellen and her husband Jacques had their second son, who they named Jean-Jacques and call JJ. He's a great toddler.
Zac and me decided to adopt. I've always thought it was a great idea, and when we heard from a relative who adopted a little girl from China how much she enjoyed it, I finally got Zac convinced.
So we adopted Emmanuel. He is 13 and from Ethiopia. We thought he would be shy, but he is very friendly and open. He is learning English (and French, too) fast. He loves to play soccer. Zac loves going outside to play with Manu. He has found friends who live close to us; they come and hang out with him whenever possible.
Ellen and Jacques have decided to stay with us some more. Of course, with Manu and JJ in the house, there are a lot of people in the house. Zac is thinking of turning the old stable (we don't have horses anymore) into part of the house.

After watching a special on children in orphanages that brought tears to my eyes, Andrew and I decided to adopt. We didn't care from what country, we just knew it was something we needed to do.
Michaela Abylai, 13; Charlotte Kushikbai, 12; and Emelie Toktasyn, 5 are sisters. They have the beautiful long brown hair, and the most amazingly deep brown eyes. The people at the orphanage couldn't tell us alot about their history, just that they were left on their doorstep when Emelie was an infant.
They have started school here in American and are learning English very fast.
Sonnet has also started "big girl school." She loves her teacher and is showing an interest in art.
Tucker has just started preschool. He says his favorite activity is recess and his least favorite is naptime.
My grandmother is still with us. We decided with the new children, that some extra help would be nice.

Sometime during the lengthy boom of the lizard-breeding industry, a wealthy, euphoric Angus and Rosa decide put their names down for the "emergency adoption" program, which basically finds parents for unexpectedly-orphaned children. Two years later, they've all but forgotten about the adoption program, so imagine their surprise, then, when a social worker suddenly appears on their doorstep and thrusts some official-looking documents on a unsuspecting Louie (who is still living in the nursery with his son Axel). She then leaves as quickly as she came.
According to the documents, Angus and Rosa are now the proud parents of Jose, a two-day-old baby who is living in the special-care unit at the local hospital. Apparently, Jose's biological parents are Mexican, and split up while his mother, Juanita, was still pregnant. So much has happened in the past three years, I hardly know where to begin. Most significantly, our family has grown by two more. We've adopted two children, a boy and a girl, and they've been living with us for a few months now.
Luca and I weren't sure that we wanted to adopt in the first place. It was a few family friends of ours who convinced us. They had adopted a sweet little two-year-old girl from China, and Luca and I got to thinking that perhaps adoption was the right way to go. Our kids were all for the idea and were very excited at the prospect of having an older sibling (Luca and I had agreed to adopt an older child rather than a toddler).
We visited orphanages in Russia and Moldova, and there were two kids who really stood out to us. We didn't want to have to choose between them, so we decided to adopt them both.
Tatiana Elizabeth is thirteen years old. She has beautiful reddish-gold hair and brilliant green eyes. She's been in the Russian orphanage system for her entire life. Officials at the orphanage couldn't tell us much about her, except that her parents had abandoned her by the side of the road when she was a few months old. Tanya, as we call her, is quiet, but she's been breaking more and more out of her shell recently. She loves to be outdoors and is an incredible artist. Tanya doesn't know a lot of English yet, but she's learning quickly. She's also teaching Russian to Euan, Rocco, and Tegan!
Matvey Jude is eight years old, with curly blond hair and brown eyes. We found him in an orphanage in Moldova, where his mother had left him when he was three. He's never met his father. Despite his troubled upbringing, he is a very happy and playful boy. I've never seen a frown on his face. He loves playing with Euan and Rocco in the backyard; the boys are the best of friends already. Matt loves playing sports: his favorites are soccer (he's quite skilled for an eight-year-old, I must say!) and baseball (which Luca and the boys have just introduced to him).

It all started about two years ago when Thibault got a chance to go on a trip through Eastern Europe through his university. He and Ronan left early in the summer and were gone for about four weeks. It was difficult being alone with Marta and Tatiana, but I managed somehow, and I was so happy when they returned.
During their trip Thibault and Ronan were fourtunate enough to do service work in some of the poorer sections of the countries. Upon his arrival home all Thibault could talk about were the lovely children he had met. A few weeks later he brought up the idea of adoption and said he already had three perfect children in mind. With four boys in the house, we all decided that a girl would be a nice addition to the family. Fenella knew an old friend from school called Evelyn who managed a Chinese adoption agency (she is an expat in Beijing), so it made sense to adopt a daughter from there, hence Janis’ arrival.
Janis is ten years old, and is incredibly quiet, peaceful and above all, sweet. Her chin-length thick black hair and dark eyes have attracted quite a lot of good attention when we go out; she is just beautiful. Initially, Marten and I were apprehensive about adopting Janis, as she would have to adapt to a completely new environment from her own, but she is managing just fine. On multiple occasions, her quiet nature has led us into thinking that she was having a substantial amount of difficulty fitting in, but she has assured us that she is doing well.

On multiple occasions, her quiet nature has led us into thinking that she was having a substantial amount of difficulty fitting in, but she has assured us that she is doing well.

Woodson is a cute little three year old from Haiti. He's happy and loves to laugh. He has black hair and black eyes.
Karla Michelle is a newborn from Guatemala. She is taking Neosure to gain weight and is gaining about 3 oz every few hours. She has black hair and gray eyes.
We adopted Woodson and Karla. We gave Woodie the mn Anthony, and changed Karla's middle name to Jocelyn because Michelle is Taryn's middle name.
Taryn is three years old. She is in preschool, and has made many friends! Including little girls named Shay, Tommie, Kiki, Kenna, Laurie, Shelly, Anna, Pholeighsha (I had to made a kree8yvve one) and Talia.
Charlie and Marc started Kindergarten. Most of their old friends are in their classes, and they are really enjoying it, although Marc is struggling eith reading.

Ryan and I have adopted a boy! he is 2 years old and he is from Japan. he is truely a joy to have at home! the girls have become very fond of him and he has so much energy! we have decided to expand our home also and add an extra bedroom on the 1st floor.
My sister, Jill, has decided to stay longer with us so that she can help us with the kids. she is a real help around the house and we are happy to have her in our home.
we have been taking the kids outdoors alot lately and ive been trying to take them to the park at least a few times a week. they love being outside and on the swingset.

Nick and Ellie are a sweet sibling pair from Russia. Ellie is fourteen and Nick is eleven. They both have brown hair and green eyes.
Our family has grown by two more, though this time, we chose to adopt two beautiful children from Russia. Elisabeth and Nicholas, whom we call Ellie and Nick, are such sweet children who have taken wonderfully to living in our home. They both have brown hair and green eyes. We gave them their middle names, Rachel and Ryan, for my sister and brother.
John and I decided that adoption was the way to go this time around after our friends adopted an 8-year-old girl and her 6-year-old brother from Russia. We heard stories of children living in orphanages, and immediately, they tugged on our hearts. We thought it'd be wonderful to give a child a permanent home and our own children another sibling. We knew immediately, though, when we saw Ellie and Nick that we couldn't separate them. They were both so close and so sweet tha we had to keep them together and bring them both home.
Ellie is a beautiful young lady who is rather quiet and loves to read. She's learning English rapidly and loves school. She's decided that she wants to be a teacher when she grows up, and has already taken on her first student...her little sister, Ariella. And yes, Ellie does consider Ariella to be her little sister. They absolutely adore each other, and Ellie is wonderful with both her and the boys. She can sit for hours and read books to Ariella, who loves to listen and learn. She's even beginning to pick up on some Russian and loves to show off her talent to everyone! :-)
Nick is a handsome young boy, who like his sister, is rather quiet. They've both come out of their shells immensely, though. Nick is also quickly learning English and enjoys school. He's very athletic and especially likes recess-time. Of the two, he's the more outgoing and has made a considerable amount of friends. Travis and Trevor adore him and love to follow him around. Nick doesn't mind too much, yet, but we're wondering how much longer that's going to last :-)

Jia is doing great with us. She likes to play with Natalie. Bridget is a great help to us. She watches Jia, Natalie, and Theo when we are gone. Our jobs have stayed the same.

Our family has had a wonderful three years. Two years ago, when Tana was one, Wil and I began looking into international adoption. Since we wanted to adopt siblings, we decided to move into a larger house so that we could adopt siblings of different genders and not be so crowded. Our new house has seven bedrooms and lots of room for the kids and dogs to play. It is quite a bit bigger than we were used to, but now suits us wonderfully. The kids and Wil and I share all the upstairs bedrooms, and Luke gets his own suite downstairs. Below is a picture of our house;
