Jake = yawn. It might be jaunty, but there are so many decidedly uninteresting Jakes that I'm sick of hearing it. Evelyn is not to my tastes at all, oddly enough.
I love Lena, only prn. LEE-nah.
Cinema could be interesting as a middle name, but I think it'd be difficult to wear as a fn. There's the fact that it is quite out there, and I think it might be misheard as Cinnamon a lot.
