Congratulations Huard Family! We have found three children for you from Wales.
Rhys Cledwyn and Meinwen Loretta are four and two years old, respectively. They are siblings from Wales. Their father fell ill, and their mother couldn't care for her husband and two young children at the same time. She would like to mantain contact with her children, if possible. Rhys is very protective of his younger sister. Meinwen is a little bit shy, but is very sweet once she gets to know you. They both like to paint and play outside.
Ceri Gwyneth is a six-month-old baby girl from Wales. She was found wrapped in a blanket on the steps of a hospital at the age of one month. She has no physical or mental damage from being left out in the cold. She hasn't shown much of a personality yet, but appears to be a very playful, well-behaved baby.
